Holiday Wine Celebration - Thursday December 5th at the Centre for Social Innovation, 7-11pm
Jen Huether, Master Sommelier, and Priya Rao, vegan lifestyle expert created The Social Herbivore to take your plant-based entertaining to the next level. We are excited to invite you to join us for the FIRST-EVER wine tasting event dedicated purely to vegan wines currently available for all your holiday festivities. After all, what's a good party without good vino?
2019 has been called the 'Year of the Vegan' with plant-based, planet-friendly food options hitting the market in record numbers. At The Social Herbivore, we're combining our love of pairing great wine with plant-based food. While it's easy to find vegan food, it's another story when looking for vegan wines so we're taking the guesswork out of the equation by showcasing the best local and international wines currently available for your holiday entertaining.
So put on your party attire and come out for an evening of fabulous wine, with vegan food catered by Wandering Deli along with a DJ providing tunes to provide that festive atmosphere.
A portion of proceeds will go to support the Humane Society International. Humane Society International/Canada is a leading force for animal protection, representing tens of thousands of members and constituents across the country. We are an effective voice for animals, working through education, investigation, litigation, legislation, advocacy and hands-on rescue.

The EXACTYORKVILLE 5K RUN (Now Constantine Yorkville run) is a premium, sell-out 5K race that brings together local runners and businesses to raise funds for small local charities. The run provides a luxurious experience to 1,400 participants; from its high-end race kit, to its customized finishers medals and post-race VIP reception in Jesse Ketchum courtyard. Over the past 9 years we have fundraised over $1.7M+ for small local charities and this year we aim to raise $1,000,000!

Puppy Love 2019
Puppy Love 2019 was a huge success! This is our signature annual event where Puppy Love started. Together with the help of our charitable partners and dog-loving attendees we raised over $40,000 for Humane Society International Canada.
